Delivery
- Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
- On average Personalised orders take 48 hours to be processed and Dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Processing times are subject to change.
- We deliver to anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) using a variety of shipping methods, depending on the product.
Returns - Faulty/Damaged
- If an item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement item. In order to process this the faulty/damaged item must first be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of delivery. If your item has arrived damaged please email orders@springfieldprinting.co.uk quoting your order number to begin the returns process.
Returns - Normal Returns
- If the item is received as described on the website, we can not offer a return/refund. This is because all of our products are personalised and as such cannot be re used. All of our products feature images which show the exact likeness of the product. Please bare this in mind when ordering with us.
