How can I place an order?
Ordering on our website is easy. You can either browse using the product categories at the top of the page or type what you are looking for in the search box.
Is everything available to personalise?
Most of our items are available to personalise is one way or another. On each individual product page, there will be information which explains what part of the item can be personalised. You will need to provide personalisation details where required before adding the item to your basket.
I like an item, but do you have it in a different colour?
In most instances all of our variations are listed on the website. However, if you have a specfic design in mind or would simply like a different text colour, please email us at support@springfieldprinting with the Item reference number and details of what you would like to change. If its possible, we’ll get this variation added to the product for you.
Can i create my own designs?
Where possible we will help you bring your own designs to life. If you have your own designs you would like to print, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please try to give full details of what you would like to do with your design and we will try to help you.
How can I change my order?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change any of the details. If you want to add a further item to your order, we recommend that you add it onto a future order.
How do i know if my order was successful?
If you are unsure whether the order was placed, please check your email. We will notify you via the email address you provide when an order is accepted. We will also email you once your items are out for delivery.
How do payments work?
We use a secure system for taking payments. This allows you to pay with a variety of payment methods, all while knowing your details are safe and secure. For full details of payment methods we accept, please click here.
How can I see my previous orders?
You can view your order history, along with the contents of each order, when you login to the site. After logging in, simply go to My Account and select My Orders. You can view the details of each order here.
Where is my order?
You can track the status of your order when logged into the site. Once you are logged in go to My Account to view the status of your order and the latest expected delivery date. Tracking information should also be available where possible by clicking Your Orders / Track Orders

How much do you charge for delivery?
The delivery fee varies depending on the amount ordered. Postage is automatically calculated at check out based on weight and size. We don’t charge extra for postage, which means you will only pay the fee we have to pay, and nothing extra.
What will happen if I am not in when the parcel is delivered?
When delivering any of our standard items the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a secure location and leave a card advising you of this.
Im having problems adding items to my basket - what should i do?
If you are trying to order a personalised item, please ensure all of the personalisation options have been filled in. If you still have difficulties please contact [email protected]
Do you have size information for your items?
Yes, we provide size information for our items where possible. When viewing a clothing item, you can usually find size information alongside the product description by clicking on the Size Guide.
Can you deliver my order overseas?
Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to premises outside of the UK. We allow deliveries within the UK, excluding Northen Ireland.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes! At checkout you can provide an alternative delivery address, instead of using your billing address.
Returns
Do you offer free returns?
If an item arrives damaged or faulty we will of course be happy to send a replacement. Before we can do this you will need to return the damaged item. Details of how to do this can be found here. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of the return postage.
Can i return a personalised item?
Unfortunately, if the personalised item arrives as described on the website, you are not eligible for a return. This is because we cannot re-use a personalised product. For full details on returns please click here.
What is your returns address?
If an item is faulty or damaged you will first need to notify us via email: [email protected] quoting your order number. You will the need to arrange for the item to be returned to the following address: Springfields Gifts, Returns Department, 176-178 North Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1RJ.
