Order Processing Times
  • Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
  • On average Personalised orders take 48 hours to be processed and Dispatched(excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) using a variety of shipping methods depending on the product.

International Delivery

We do not currently provide services to outside of the UK.

Free Delivery

We currently offer free delivery on orders over £100.00. This offer is subject to change. Any changes will be noted in this section.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on order size. All delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout to give you the best price.

Delivery Couriers

We currently dispatch with Hermes & Royal Mail. As delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout, further courier options may be available. This is subject to order size and quantity.

Standard Delivery & Times

While other delivery options may be available, our standard delivery usually takes 3-5 Business days to arrive. These times may vary. Our standard delivery service via Hermes provides a Tracking Code so that you may track your order. You will be provided with your Tracking Code via email after your order is placed.

 

Overview – Returns

Faulty/Damaged Products

If an item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement item. In order to process this the faulty/damaged item must first be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of delivery. The returns address is: 176-178 North Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 1RJ. If your item has arrived damaged please first email [email protected] quoting your order number.

Normal Returns

If the item is received as described on the website, we can not offer a return/refund. This is because all of our products are personalised and as such cannot be re used. All of our products feature images which show the exact likeness of the product. Please bare this in mind when ordering with us.
