Returns - Faulty/Damaged
- If an item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement item. In order to process this the faulty/damaged item must first be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of delivery. If your item has arrived damaged please email [email protected] quoting your order number to begin the returns process.
