  • On average Personalised orders take 48 hours to be processed and Dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We deliver to anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) using a variety of shipping methods, depending on the product.
Returns - Faulty/Damaged
  • If an item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement item. In order to process this the faulty/damaged item must first be returned to us. You will need to cover the cost of delivery. If your item has arrived damaged please email [email protected] quoting your order number to begin the returns process.
Returns - Normal Returns
  • If the item is received as described on the website, we can not offer a return/refund. This is because all of our products are personalised and as such cannot be re used.
